Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor:
The giveaway is sponsored by Kenny Sharp (“Sponsor”), located at 10911 N Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL, 33161. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 21 years old or older. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected professionally with this contest are not eligible to participate.
3. Agreement to Rules:
By entering, participants agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
4. Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on 12/3/24 and ending on 12/09/24, 11:59pmEST. All entries must be received by 12/09/24, 11:59pmEST.
5. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Signup for giveway, as posted on Kenny Sharp's social media.
Each person is allowed 1 entry. Entries that do not adhere to these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Prizes:
The prize will be 4 tickets (for a single winner) to the 7th Annual 12 Bars of Christmas Crawl® on 12/14/24. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items unless agreed upon by the Sponsor.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner(s) will be chosen at random on 12/10/24. The winner will be notified via social media direct message, email, or other method. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that the Sponsor may use your entry (including social media handles) for promotional purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Limitation of Liability:
The Sponsor is not responsible for any issues such as technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any injury or damage incurred as a result of entering or winning this giveaway, neither for the Winner or the three additional friends.
10. Disputes:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of TN/USA and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in FL/USA.
11. Privacy Policy:
Personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be used for prize fulfillment and future marketing communications.
12. No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
13. Void Where Prohibited:
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
